AN 16BIT PROGRAM RUNNING PROBLEM IN WIND

by Curacao_Dejavu In reply to AN 16BIT PROGRAM RUNNING ...

upgrade the program to it's w2k compliant cousin program.
The way w2k is designed it's not allowed that programs access certain parts of the OS to protect itself. That's why w2k is more stable than win95,win98.

In Windows 2000 you don't have this option, but in XP Pro, try runnign the program in Compatibility mode -- right click on the program, view the Properties, click the COmpatibility tab and try Windows 95.
