Hello –
We currently use an Okidata ML393 Plus for printing invoices, etc. on pre-printed 8″ by 4″ forms. I have run into an unusual problem while setting up a second ML393 Plus. If I preview the invoices before printing all is well. However,if I don’t preview them, they print the invoices but spaced out as if they were printing to 8″ by 11″ forms. Both printers seem to have identical settings (unless I missed something), and use the Generic/Text-only drivers.
Any direction in troubleshooting this issue is greatly appreciated.
