I wanted you to answer me, so I can give you those points you deserve, I was able to run FDISK, and delete the hard drive, then, create a partition, and activate it. I then was able to use my 98 SE Boot floppy, and CD, but I had to use the “XP custom install disk” to do it. Thanks for giving me the insight to keep trying different things…
