In Office 2000, Microsoft in its genius way.. thinks it knows which menu options I want to see... I want to see them all. How can I do this?

In any office Application go to "tools" then click on "customize". Click on the "Options" tab and uncheck "Menus show recently used commands first" Then it will show the full menu all the time.

HI,
Open word, excel, or any office app.
Go to Tools --> Customize --> Options and the uncheck the checkbox for "Menus show recently used commands first" and then click close.
Then it will show all/full menus.

Hope this is helpful to you.
