annoying when the ie-explorer window closes w/o warning

hi….you ever get those annoying ‘send’ or ‘do not send’ reports? when i get these from whatever problem causes it, i typically click ‘do not send’…the problem is that i can have 2 or 12 windows open and a good handful if not all close as a result….is there a tweak from this punishing aspect of ‘windows xp pro that i use? it seems as punishment by microsft for not sending reports of whatever it is asking….really terrible for the consumer to be booted like this….any help and fix, please?!???
