Try AVG antivirus from free.grisoft.com.
Also BitDefender 8 Free Edition from http://www.bitdefender.com/PRODUCT-14-en--BitDefender-8-Free-Edition.html.
Or Avast Home Edition from http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html

Be very careful when using free software in a business environment - thoroughly check the licensing agreements when deploying free antivirus (and indeed other) software in a business situation. You will often find that the software is only free for home use and that deploying free editions in corporate environments contravenes the licensing agrement. AVG Free can only be deployed for home use.

Check this link, under the "Suitability" section:

I recommend that you take the open source route and look at ClamWin.

http://www.clamwin.com/

You won't run into the home user license restrictions that most of the other "free" anti-virus software packages have.

Plus, should you go full open source, there is a version for Linux.
