There are several antivirus solution out there for a Linux Mail server, which one you choose depends upon what MTA you use. I myself use Exim and Clam Antivirus http://www.clamav.net/ There is also amavirus, and sophos as well as a few more, but I recommend Clamav mostly becuase it also runs a daemon in the background and updates itself automatically at all times, so I never miss out on a virus.

This will help you to scan the viruses in Mailserver to remove virus you can download F-prot virus scanner for linux

if u r using sendmail as MTA then the best thing is to install " clam antivirus " with " MailScanner " plugin so that it can check ur mail and attachement also. these both software are freeware or open source. i suggest u should try this wonderful software for Linux email server.
