We are rather unhappy with our current A/V solution and are looking for a replacement product. Key factors for selection are: 1) A/V Effectiveness, 2) Ease of Deployment, Management, and Monitoring across a distributed Enterprise, 3) Minimal Impact on PC performance, 4) Quality Technical Support that will not treat an I.T. Admin like a home user, 5) Cost.
Solutions we are currently evaluating are Trend Micro, F-Secure, and Symantec. We are looking for real-world experience based recommendations for an A/V solution.
