I have the shield pro antivirus/firewall which has proved excellent since I got it earlier this year. However I recently ran the max registry cleaner & it appears to remove some of the shield elements. I uninstalled the shield @ the weekend in order to completely reinstall it from scratch but the antivirus part wont install. The files all download but the process finishes. I have checked there are no other programmes running, removed all elements of any other previous software, cleared my temp files & done a virus scan which detected nothing. I am @ my wits end can someone help!!!!!!
