My computer running XP had recently had problems not wanting to come back after going on standby, but would reboot without a problem after turning it off, waiting, turning back on. Yesterday it got hung-up trying to reboot. I have been able to reboot into safe mode consistently, but standard reboot keeps getting hung-up. Forgive me, but I’m quite the novice, and I’m hoping there is a recent update that has been problematic that I can uninstall.
I have McAfee for Security.
