any one solve me NT Prob…..

hello help me…

I want to install windows NT 4.0 version.I having 20GB harddisk.When i go install windows nt at the time of create partition it only shows 8GB harddisk.I am very confused at the time and next i changed my mind and install windows XP Prof edition.It will sucessfully installed .what is the problem with windows Nt at the time.My boss now want to install windows Nt in the system what can i do. I am having windows Nt start-up cd. to install.

Please help me.i am tring fatand ntfs two formats but nouse at the time of windows NT.
