Any problem between Restore the System and Ghost?

Hello, I use “Ghost” for restore my Win XP system, but I remember that last year I used some tool (in XP inclued) for restore the system.
I don?t remember how to get this option.. anyone can tell me how? also I wanted to know if there is some problem if I use both tools.
