Any Script for Accessing Home Drive from Shared Logon PC?Locked
I have a desktop PC in a conference room that is there for anyone to use for presentations. I’d like to have them set up with an auto-logon user like a kiosk because it takes a long time to load profiles (even when they have local profiles) for employees from other locations that are visiting. The problem with that option is they won’t have access to their “Home” drive. I’m looking for a script that the user can run that will ask for their home location (to select server), their username and password (which I believe Windows will ask for automatically). It needs to be as user friendly as possible. I don’t know much about scripting so any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.
