Any way to trick 98 to ne NT?

I’m running Personal Web Server as a test to try out an intranet in my office. I need to run Office extensions on the web server I have designated, but I can’t because the server is running Windows 98 and not NT/2000. Is there any way to trick 98 into being “NT98”?
