i have a customer with a CDI VJB-500R that won’t load Cd’s. I think the CD reader is kaput but I don’t know how the thing is supposed to work. anybody know how this thing works to load new cd’s into it’s library? or where I can get the manual? the company numbers i’ve found are all disconnected. the old website www.cdcomputers.com doesn’t exist anymore either…thanks for your time and help
