NET command

The last logon time for a domain account is kept in the user account information in AD.
From your workstation (if you are a Domain Admin in AD) you can run this command from the Command Prompt:

NET USER "USERNAME" /DOMAIN

So, say you want to see the last logon date/time for user JOE. You would run:
NET USER JOE /DOMAIN

And you would get something like this:

H>net user JOE /domain
The request will be processed at a domain controller for domain MYDOMAIN.
