anyone who has a solution to nv4_mini.sys error in windows 7?

i get a BSOD nv4_mini.sys error when i play videos or rate my existing system through “system rating” of windows 7.
my specs are:
VC-nvidia geforce4 MMX
PROC-intel P4 3ghz
MOBO-intel p4c800 deluxe
