AOL & IP Addresses

I am using a Linksys Print server with a hard coded IP address, it works fine until someone starts AOL 7 (win 95/98 machines). This now changes the address on that PC for the print server from 192.168.1.3 to 64.252.248.234, Thus preventing the PC from printing. Upon exiting AOL it returns to the proper address. AOL is being accessed over a DSL line not dial up. Linksys support has been no help. Any ideas?
