The facts has I have recieved them are, Client is using Win98 OS and AOL for the ISP and e-mail client. Sometimes when she trys to download, it says that the accessibility wizard won’t allow it. She opened the accessibility wizard and went through it and all the settings are standard. I have never used AOL so I am not sure what to try. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
