I have an AOpen AX4BS-V motherboard. When I switch on the PC it gives a siren like noise after about 2 minutes. Nothing appears on the monitor. I have tested the following: CPU, AGP Display Card, Power Supply, RAM, flashed the BIOS but none of this works.
