    Aorus Xtreme RTX 2080ti fan rpm is hitting max every few secs. Can you help

    My GPU fans are spinning up to 4000rpm and then back down to normal every few seconds when under load. The temperatures are at a steady 75C.

    But even if the card is under 35% load in, for example, The Outer Worlds. It has the same problem!

    I have reinstalled Windows 10. Updated all drivers. Rolled back Nvidia drivers. But still have not seen any improvement.

      Look at the Power Supply

      And make sure that it is correctly plugged into the Video Card if your Video Card has a plug in point.

      If that is correct my first reaction was low current on one of the 12 v DC Power Rails and it is at a tipping point where the power is just too low to run properly so it slows down and then after a time they speed up till they exhaust the available current and the cycle returns.
