Apache host redirect to a local network machine

Hello

I have 2 connected machines. One has real IP and 192.168.0.1 and the other only 192.168.0.2. I would like to find out how is it possible to acces a site from 192.168.0.2 through 192.168.0.1 from the Internet. The firs machine has also a domain name: xyz.com. So, from the Internet, accessing xyz.com I would like to be redirected to a site on 192.168.0.2. I have tried Redirect directive for but it works only from local network machines.
