Does anyone know if the “PWRCHUTE” directory on a Netware 4.11 SYS volume should normally contain a copy of the entire “PUBLIC” directory as a sub-directory. I had a loveletter virus that had infected some of the files in this copy of the public directory. I was wondering if the virus itself may have copied the PUBLIC directory to the pwrchute directory. I Emailed APC support but they did not answer my question. They just said to reinstall PwrChute. I really don’t want that public directory there if it is not needed. It takes up alot of space.
