My Apple Mail Mailbox is almost full. The new incoming emails take too long to load and the whole setup runs slow. This had happened to me before, a cleanup did everything straight. But this time, I need to backup all my email database, contacts, address book, everything. I am looking for the easiest solution to do that. Looking for some helpful answers. Thanks
