We are implementing a telepharmacy project for 500,000 doctors each with 5000 patient, to order medications from any of 50,000 pharmacies. The customer wants to use a portal to manage the content of the site. The request from doctors or patients to pharmacies (for refills) or the reply from Pharmacies to Dr.’s and Patients are to be sent using XML files.
I need an advice for what application softwares to use in the Presentaion layer (must be Portal), Business layer and database layer also.
