Application Crash caused by "WTSAPI32.dll"

By bird2920 ·
I have an application that runs perfectly fine locally - 64 bit Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard - however when I run the app from a 32 bit Windows 7 thin client the application crashes after a few seconds.

The details state the fault is WTSAPI32.dll_unloaded

Any thoughts?

Could you try forcing the dll to be run automatically

by TobiF In reply to Application Crash caused ...

since it seems to be an adaptation layer for 32-bit terminal services.

If the application is custom development, maybe you should try to have this dll included in as an integral part of the application.

It appears to have helped. I am waiting for feedback on the results.

UPDATE: I have had verification back. Including this DLL or forcing the DLL fixed the issue in this scenario.
