My job duties involve testing and application deployment (using Novell ZENworks) for a 1500+ user company. My title is Senior PC Technical Support Specialist and I work in the Visual Basic application development group. This is obviously the wrong title and the wrong group (my boss doesn’t have a clue about what I do.) I am interested in knowing the job titles for other folks who do this kind of work and what group (network/LAN?, etc.) they work under.
