application error

how to solve this problem with explorer.in my server the error is like

Explorer.EXE-application Error

the instruction at “0x1001fd50” referenced memory at “0x1001fd50”.The memory could not be
“read”.

click on OK to terminate the program
click on CANCEL to debug the program
