We are looking to define the application owner role. The definition of application used here is that of; any technology used that needs to be supported and/or maintained. Some examples would be: Oracle E-Business Suite, LDAP, C++, or the Help Desk System (Serena).
How do you define the role and responsibilities of the Application Owner?
