Application Window

My users work with QVTTerm, a terminal emulator to telnet to our Unix host. We use this emulator in window size of 24×80 because our erp software masks are designed for these dimensions. On of my user modify the dimensions of the window and she’s laugh that the software do not work. I’d like to know if there’s a way to deny the modification of the windows using the mouse: I looked at the QVTtem site but found nothing of interest. Thanks.
