When configuring IE 5.0 and 5.5 to use approved sites within content advisor along with the MS noaccess.rat, the approved sites only show up for users in the local admin group. If the user is taken out of admin and put into local users, the approved sites do not work. Is there a trick to get the local users locked down without putting them in the admin group?
