Arabic/Encoded E-Mail

I asked a question on the web at the beginning of Dec. and got a very prompt reply from Dubai. The only trouble was it was in Arabic which I could not read, as I am English. When I tried opening it in Word 2000 it certainly converted the Arabic writing to English sylables, but appears to be encoded in “MIME-Version: 1.0” How do I manage to read my mail?

P.S. I did reply thanking them and explaining my predicament!
