In Outlook 97 operating on a Windows 95 platform, a user of mine has lost his ability to archive his mail. This happened immediately after he imported his existing archive.pst file onto his Outlook. Now when he goes to archive, it acts for a couple of seconds like it is about to perform and then just stops. Have reinstalled Outlook and Office but to no avail. Help!! it can’t be difficult.
