Archiving SBS 2003 Mailboxes from server?

Is there a way for me to archive mailboxes of ex-employees from the Exchange server? I want to avoid using outlook.

Use the Microsoft tool ExMerge

Note it can’t make PSTs over 2GB, then you’d have to use Outlook.
