I am still unable to get ArcServe to back-up some of the Exchange Server files. I have the Exchange Server module of ArcServe and it backs up some of the mailboxes but not all of them. I get a “Sharing violation” error. I have checked and rechecked and rechecked the Sharing permissions and the NTFS permissions. Both the Exchange Administrator and the DBAGENT have full rights. I have applied and reapplied to the folders and ALL files in the folders. And I still get a sharing violation.

Does anyone have any solution to this problem?
