Arcserve 2000

I my media pack with arcserve 2000 and then we received a fax with all of the necessary client licenses. Loaded the arcserve 2000 sofware on the 2000 server that is controlling our tape library. Am loading the OFA (open files agent) on the other 6servers. However, I have one 2000 server that I can not load the OFA!!! Get part way through the install and get the message:

Error 1920 Service ASDiscoverySvc(ASDiscoverySvc) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient priveleges to start system services.

I have many other services that start with the machine administrator account. The only thing that I’ve found is from arcserve tech pages to be sure that the Computer Browser service is running. (Which it is)

Any help wouldbe cool.
