Arcserve 7.0 for Netware
LockedWe recently upgraded to Novell 6 and Arcserve 7.0. Everything was working fine until one day I notice that there is no detail records of files backed up. When attempting to do a “Restore by Tree” there are no detail records. The server and volumes show but no directories or files.
In the Backup Manager’s Global Options,under the Operation tab the “Record Detail Information” in marked.
IS there another setting that I am missing that may be causing this issue.
I need to be able to restore single files. Can anyone offer suggestions.
