Help!! I have an 8mil Sony dual tape drive scusied to an HP LPR1000 server running Arcserve on NT. When I open the Arcserve Manager I get a ‘Database failed to start’ error message. Not sure why this failed to load? Also, I have tapes from a client that are recognized by the Arcserver Manager but says that they are Non-Cheyenne media-what does this mean? Therefore, I can’t do anything with the tapes.
