Has anybody used CA’s BrightStor ArcServe Unix Client Agent to back up a FreeBSD 4.x or 5.x system? The documentation and support don’t mention FreeBSD as being supported, but the sales folks said their technicians tell them it will work. However, they have yet to get back to me to tell me which installer to use — I’m assuming the Linux installer, but I don’t know yet. Anyway, hoping someone out there has had some experience with this.
