Dear all,
i’ve found some problem while using arcsereve with IBM Autoloader 3581-L28 ULTRIUM 3
when i try to configure arcserve with Device configuration wizard, i’ve seen no autoloader detected.
i’ve tried to find on Device manager, and i’ve found the medium changer exist and working properly
can anybody here, gave me some advise on how to solve this issues…
