Are Profiles broken?

Or is it just me?

I’m trying to update my profile, but everytime i try to, i get my fav little message that MS has found a problem and needs to close the explorer.

I’ve tried about 6 times in the past 10 mins..and its just not working!! *stamps foot while pouting*
