Are there any wifi 6 cards not using the Intel chipset?

I have two Dells where wifi cards based on the Intel chipset don’t work. And I have no obvious play to fix them, so I’m looking to see are there any such cards out there that utilize a different chipset?

I’m on a TP-Link Archer TX50E but it has the Intel chipset. Works great.

If the wifi is dead on a dell, we return the dell. I can’t imagine it ships with dead wifi.

I don’t see any PCIe cards in this search result that use other than Intel.

I stopped when I found the non-Intel chipsets.

There’s Broadcom, ON, Mediatek and others. I didn’t search further since you may be in Israel or another country so now that you know there are non-Intel chipsets your search can continue.

Here I haven’t seen any issues with Intel WiFi solutions but then again I know how to deal with drivers. Most owners rely on the maker or Apple+Microsoft to get drivers which we know in the case of Microsoft is hit and miss.

          Chipsets are not actual products.

          I didn’t say the problem was driver-based.

Tell what country to search in. Let’s look there.

It’s a big world. Just because I find it in Dubai doesn’t mean you would buy it or be able to install the drivers or adjust the OS and router.

-> I have the TP-Link noted, a WiFi 6 router from Netgear and it’s all good. Is there something more you can share about here? If Dell shipped it broken, you know not to keep it. Send it back as here the Intel WiFi chipsets are working but and this is a big one, at the office we have some very good IT staff so they can deal with BIOS, OS and driver install and setup.

The Dell doesn’t have wifi. These are PCIe cards. These particular Windows boxes don’t like them.
