    Are there other guidelines on how to measure IT Performances besides IBS?

    Greetings from Indonesia. Anyway Im new to this community and a fresh graduate. I want to know is there any other method to measure IT Performances Besides IT Balanced Scorecard on COBIT 5?

      It depends on what you want to measure. If your definition of performance is exactly what COBIT 5 measures, use that. If your definition of performance is different (that is: you want to know something else than the COBIT 5 method tells) use another way to calculate it.
