I ran a program to clean up the registry (ccleaner), and even though I have merged the backup registry I have the following problems:
1. Using window XP, only the administrator account is recognised. No other account is accessible.
2. Copying text is now impossible. All word files say ‘this document cannot be registered…’ or some such message.
3. Windows ‘help’ and ‘search’ will not function.
