I am posting a question from a reader in Bolivia who needs some advice on using these products for a government e-learning project:
“I am working for a project in my country, for the government. We need to [roll out] eLearning courses in four months. We will do this task with a Rapid eLearning tool. The name of this tool is Articulate Presenter. [ed. note: http://www.articulate.com/]
My questions are the next: What are your opinions about this kind of tool?
Is it better Breeze from Macromedia? This approach (Rapid eLearning) is better than other kind of development practices for example traditional or strategic?”
