I’m developing a Manage Questionnaire module for my project , the purpose of this module is to provide the Administrator to manage questions such as Add/Edit/Delete Questions and their corresponding answers , The order of the questions and their corresponding answers, The ability to insert/remove form attributes like Drop Down Lists/Menus , Check Boxes,Radio Buttons,Text Fields,Text Areas etc. But i’m not getting an idea of how to implement the same.
Can anyone help me out this , provide any useful links for the same. Thanks in advance
