*.ASPX Pages on Win2k Platform

-What Server do I need, or what Services/Components Upgrades do I need to be able to run an Ordinary *.ASPX Page on my Localhost(for tests)
-Are these server components included on The Beta .Net Framework CD’s?
-What other fatal surprises does Microsoft us prepare?
