Hello ALL, I just got an Asus Z54 Notebook, Win7, 320 HDD, Intel i3 @2.30, 4GB RAM… I noticed the following issue right out of the box… When I go to shut it down from the Start menu, it restarts immediately after shut down… The only way to turn it off is by holding down the Power Button and Force the shut down… INFO – The only SW I have installed is MS Office 2010 Pro, ESET Smart Security 5.2.9.1, Chrome, TuneUp Utilities 2012… NOTE, The Notebook has a fetaure called Instant ON, but I disabled it… Can’t seem to figure this one out…
