I have an Asus p4B motherboard and I’ve installed Windows XP Professional. In my System Devices, I have one good instance and one unknown instance of “Intel 82801BA LPC Interface Controller – 2440”. The bad one says the drivers may not be loaded properly. Does anyone know what this device is for and how to resolve this conflict? I have already uninstalled each instance too many times to count.
