I have an ASUS P4G800-V motherboard. I recently flashed the BIOS to support Hyper-threading, but now my onboard NIC does not work. The NIC is set as enabled in the BIOS. Is there a fix or solution to get the onboard NIC to function??

Did you clear the CMOS memory after flashing the BIOS?

If not, that would be my first recommendation.

Often, a new version of the BIOS uses different memory locations than the old one did.
Clearing the CMOS takes care of any hidden and unused memory locations.

Yeah, I tried clearing the CMOS but that didn't change anything. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Reset ESCD in BIOS (force new scan on botup).

Does NIC appear in Device Manager? Any error messages there?

If it shows with errors, uninstall and reinstall driver.

Let us know results.
